Shipping & Delivery

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location (Shipping Zones)

We currently ship to the following locations:

  • United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and all associated islands (including Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey).

3. Shipping Costs (Rates)

Shipping costs are based on the weight/size/value of your order and the delivery method selected. The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2PM BST will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

5. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

6. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

7. Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at cerealcrums@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If a package is lost or stolen after being marked as 'Delivered' by the courier, please contact us at cerealcrums@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier, but cannot guarantee a refund or replacement until the courier's investigation is complete.
